Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, organized and process-driven Senior Project Manager to support the efficient running of our internal creative studio. In this role you will ensure the department has a clear structure and set process to enable the most effective and efficient way of working and highest quality of ideation and content deliverables. The role requires a strong strategic lens and ability to support the team in shaping creative processes and optimum workflow, both within the creative department, and cross functionally. In this role, you will lead the end to end planning, execution, and budgeting of key initiatives to deliver success, owning and solving for the “how,” freeing up the creative team to focus on crafting the “what.” 

Creative projects will include marketing collateral, print, video production, web, investor decks, emails, social media and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the planning of timelines and processes – driving and inputting into weekly creative calendar meetings, project kickoffs, and production briefings.
  • Manage the daily workflow of the internal creative team, providing feedback and prioritization of task list and deliverables, assessing freelance support needs, organizing and ensuring that support assets and materials are supplied.
  • Work closely with account members on project basis as needed – lead communication, and act as key point of contact for meetings, feedback, production needs and logistics.
  • Act as project leader for management and delivery of all creative content. 
  • Resourcing freelancers and getting them set up in our system 
  • Estimating time and budget for new creative projects
  • Creating timelines and tracking budget and hours for creative projects
  • Scheduling internal check-in meetings and kick-offs
  • Ensuring creative briefs and work orders are filled out by account member
  • Ensuring there is a proper job description to track project time
  • Ensuring assets and latest creative files are on DropBox
  • Coordinate with vendors (ie printers) 
  • Monitoring creative project budgets and regularly updating account lead on status of budget
