JOB DESCRIPTION

Job duties:

  • Manage the conception and implementation of advertising campaigns; ensure objectives are aligned with the client’s goals and follows advertising industry’s standards of excellence
  • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Facebook, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Perform research and analysis for social media, demographic, and industry vertical to support campaign strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of paid campaigns, such as optimization reports, post campaign analysis, and review directly with clients
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Leverage real-time data dashboards and other reporting tools to communicate campaign performance to clients and articulate a clear roadmap for the future
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads or Adwords
  • 2+ years of experience with client management
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Power Editor
  • Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences
  • Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel
  • Strong understanding of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM)
  • Experience with call tracking tools such as CallRail, Phone.com, CallFire, etc
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong at statistical analysis, spreadsheets, and pivot tables
  • Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Time tracking with Harvest app
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)

Optional desired skills:

  • Experience managing ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Ability to create strong content; familiarity with video editing programs
  • Experience developing and executing search engine optimization strategies
  • Intermediate knowledge of WordPress and website hosting (preferably Cloudways)
